What does Oracle JDeveloper web service test tool MEAN!?

Is it the HTTP ANALYZER that pops up when you run a ADF-BC-Service in JDeveloper by righ clicking a ADF-BC-ServiceImpl!?

Or does it means the TEST SUITES and TEST CASES written in SOA PROJECT
Where you initiate inbound request for inboud-service-endpoints in the composite!?
