Then, the answer is right as mentioned.

But if the question remains same,
As of my knowledge option B is correct for sure.

Only answer D is NOT applicable
Yes I agree that the question is missing a NOT. Otherwise I was doubting the hours and hours of preparation I had done for this exam !
