Note:- The following Flexfields are avilable in the 11.5.8 Oracle Application Version.

You welcome. In this post, I have just given all the Flexfields name of all the modules in 11i. If you are referring to how to create/define/design the flexfields for your organization in module like Payroll module etc, then It will take some time, as I have to prepared them. Hi dude,
There are 2 sides.
1) Functional
2) Technical
If you have MBA then you can think about the Functional Side.
Else you can think about Technical side. You should be very good with PL/SQL and now you should be aware of JAVA as well as few tools in Oracle Apps are all based on JAVA and XML.
I guess you to learn few tools with PL/SQL Languages.
Following are the Tools:
1)BPEL
2)SOA (Slot of similar to BPEL).
3)OAFrame work (Good JAVA knowledge is Required.)
Oracle Forms will closely turn to web pages (using the OAFrame work). If you are good with this tool then for sure lot of companies would be ready to offer good package.
There are many files for OA-Frame work.
The best for PL/SQL I found is asktom web site.
